My personalized fitness services are the results of over 10 years of experience working as a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach with clients of all ages and fitness levels; learning not just how to create amazing physical transformations, but also to prevent injuries and develop sustainable habits that allow my clients to achieve ideal fitness and foster a healthy lifestyle. DREAM IT.
Since early on, I’ve always been passionate about training and competitive sports. I played Football and Rugby in high school; in which I’ve experienced countless injuries due to overtraining and training with improper technique. In 2009 I suffered from AC Joint separation and a small labral tear in my shoulder. Not too long after, I was diagnosed with a pelvic strain along with a strain in both hip flexors and adductor complexes. A strain in those areas, all at once, made it extremely painful to function. I could barely walk for about six months. It was during that time that I discovered my new passion: learning how to train myself and others to prevent injury and develop optimal performance.
BUILD IT.
In 2014 I became a Performance Coach and started designing personalized programs for athletes to help them exceed their goals a reach an optimal level of performance. I worked with all different levels, from youth athletes to pro athletes and including adult athletes. Then I took my passion a step further and graduated at the Integrative Institute of Nutrition as a Certified Holistic Health Coach in 2015 ; which has allowed me to help many individuals with weight loss and with developing a healthier lifestyle.
Within a year, I became accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer; and started coaching my rugby team in strength and conditioning.
