PERSONALIZED – No cookie cutter/one size fits all workouts. Your training program is tailored to your specific needs, current fitness level, and available equipment.

INJURY PREVENTION – while achieving your optimal fitness level. Every workout program allows for full recovery and other health practices (such as stretch, mobility) that help offset any fatigue incurred on your body. 

FLEXIBILITY - Whether you’re looking for 1:1 In-Person training or Online Training, we’ll work together to design a program that fits in with your schedule, health and fitness goals. 

ACCOUNTABILITY – I’ll be tracking your progress in real-time through the fitness App.

MONITOR PROGRESS – measure your progress and keep you motivated with regular Check-Ins, either in person, phone/video calls or through the App.

UNLIMITED SUPPORT – I’m available 24/7 for support and quetions!

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

 

STEP 1:

ON BOARDING

Upon signing up, you’ll complete an initial assessment questionnaire to help me understand your goals, fitness level and available equipment; everything I need to know to craft the best training program for you.


STEP 2:

DESIGN YOUR PERSONALIZED PROGRAM

Every person is unique, so is your Program. I will analyze your answers and use it to design a detailed one-month training program; which will be available to you in the TrueCoach App within 48hrs of your completed assessment.

STEP 3:

EXPLANATION OF YOUR PROGRAM

I will walk you through all aspects of your training program and expected results. Step-by-step details of what to do at the gym or at home. What exercises and what muscle groups to work on specific days; how many reps and rest time in between sets. Everything will be fully explained for you to get familiar with your new program, including demonstration videos so you can keep good form.

 

STEP 4:

GET MOVING

Now you are ready start your program ….and enjoy the results. You can always message me in real-time through the App with any questions you may have about a particular exercise or how you feel doing it.

I’ll be with you every step of the way!

STEP 5:

MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS

I will keep a close eye on your journey. I will check-in weekly to measure progress, discuss any challenges you may have with the program and adjust as needed to keep getting maximum results. During these check-ins we’ll discuss how you feel while doing the exercises and how your body is responding to the program. Remember, this program is about you and together we’ll adjust it based on your specific needs.

FITNESS HABITS FOR LIFE

Overall healthy lifestyle is what I’m about. Along with your training program, I will also set and track ongoing healthy habits such as water intake, healthy eating, stretching and mobility exercises. Everything you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle
